ADC Construction Management is built upon a continuing legacy of innovation, character, and integrity. Founder, Lorenzo A. Rios used his knowledge of design & construction gained as a professional engineer in Silicon Valley, to create ADC Construction Management’s (ADC-CM) strong foundation.

In the 25 years since, ADC Construction Management has grown to be a company of skilled builders that have left their mark of craftsmanship and uncompromising quality on hundreds of commercial and industrial facilities throughout the Bay Area and North America. Still a privately owned business, ADC-CM is committed to innovation and sustainability in its projects but never wavers from our founding ideals of honesty, value, and efficiency in all we build.

ADC-CM’s history is steeped in technology. Lorenzo Rios, CEO/President of the ADC-CM and Advance Design Consultants, Inc. (ADC) and part of the team that became known as “The Contractor that Built Silicon Valley,” in the early ‘80s built facilities for Silicon Valley’s early tech companies, including IBM, Intel and Advanced Micro Devices, and later Fairchild Semiconductor, Memorex, Xerox, Sylvania, Hewlett-Packard, National Semiconductor, Digital Equipment Corp., Microsoft; as well as Ames Research, NASA and Lockheed. That tradition continues at ADC-CM.
